Hey guys,

As you may know I have created a small web site which has the purpose of providing a chat room if the Den is down for any reason, also to provide a few files and what not.

I have linked it to the Top Pirates web site and so now I am shamelessly begging you to vote for our site to make it more visible.

falcon....i've been to the site daily since you got it up and running(nice work btw),and enjoyed my brief status as an administrator,too bad nobody was ever out of line so i could kick their ass out(actually,sorry to report i was in there by myself,although i did see quad for a millisecond).now i see i'm just an operator and my foot has been removed,so i'm unable to kick(but i still have the "kill member"tab), so maybe,just maybe....

Unfortunately the chat room is not permanent like a discussion forum. I am looking for a good threaded discussion program to run instead of the Java chat. That way we can have permanent posts and with something to actually go and read... we'll probably have more visitors.

Anyway, thanks for the voting and I'll keep working on it to refine it even more.

Yes... of course the votes just represent who clicked from the front page... I know nobody wants to hang out if there's nobody there... in the chat room that is.

The ideal thing would be to set aside a time for a test of the server capabilities... have everyone meet in the chat lobby at about 9:00PM one night... maybe Sunday Night... everyone should be done partying by then and back in to rest up.

So if I'm not at work, then This Sunday at 9:00PM I will be in the chat room, and we'll see how many people show up. Maybe we can bring it to critical chat mass and it will start a chat chain reaction that can't stop.. ;)
