Once Again, cardless receivers??

Has anyone stumbled across this sticker said to be on the RCA boxes now?

***dssware***/dtvlabel.htm do the usual dub,dub,dub thing

Or is this another one of those scare tactics

Well, if that is true, then dtv is shooting themselves in the foot. Right now, dishnet is offering america's top 100 for $9.99 a month for one year. People will flock to Dish for that bargain, plus getting tv as soon as they get their dish set up instead of waiting on the access card.
