UHF/VHF Antenna Recommendations

I have an oval 3 LNB RCA dish. Can anyone recommend a UHF/VHF Antenna to use for me to get local channels. My problem is I live in the area where I can recieve 2 major markets that Dave offers plus a minor market stations. But Dave only offers one market to me, and the kids want WB. I am approximately 65 miles from the signal sources of the major markets, one is due east and other is south east. Rabbit ears on the TV aren't powerful enough.

So I am looking for an antenna, that is small and powerful. Can that signal be brought in with the same cable as my sat. signal?
