Did a para todos subscriber, got all (ppv's, sports etc) and the para todos channels. Did another para todos subscriber, using same hex, he got all but lost the para todos.
Both are 5th gens with dualing LNB's. System cable test gives good numbers for both sats. Has anyone else encountered this? Does the IRD require a special setup? Are there more than two sats and could I be on the wrong two? Is there a FAQ someone could point me to that covers what I need to do?
