Can you use a 3M'd HU in the hd ird?

Is there something extra needed to recieve HD Channels (509, 199) with an RCA DTC-100 and an 3M HU Card?

All channels EXCEPT HD (509, 199) are recieved.

The HU works in a Non-HD Reciever just fine.
