Emu HDTV requirement

Correct me if I am wrong.
If I want to emu HDTV ird to watch HD channnels, I need the following:
HDTV ird (any brand), oval dish with 2 LNB, H card cor file with HU ZKT, plus those equipments for ordinary H card emulation.

Is there something extra needed to recieve HD Channels (509, 199) with an RCA DTC-100 and an HU Card?

All channels EXCEPT HD (509, 199) are recieved.

The HU works in a Non-HD Reciever just fine.

If not, you should know that someone kindly solved my problem by reminding me to set the oval 2 sat dish.
