HD with an RCA DTC-100 With HU Card???

Is there something extra needed to recieve HD Channels (509, 199) with an RCA DTC-100 and an HU Card?

All channels EXCEPT HD (509, 199) are recieved.

The HU works in a Non-HD Reciever just fine.

Have you double checked everything in the second LNB path?
