DRD420RE output 13V only

This receiver has only 13V output. There is no 18V. I only get the odd transponders. Does anyone know which transistor is fried & where it is located so I can fix this unit.
It is nonwinked and I would like to use it again.

open it up - look towards the rear of the reciever between the TV In/Out housing and the Sat In housing. there is a diode that is about the size of a grain of rice. it is a clear casing with a small orange strip in it. lift one side of it. If the voltage returns to normal - then you are all ready. If this does not fix it, take the cover off the Sat In casing and there is another one that is right inside. If you are looking at the reciever from the back with the Sat In on the left side and the power supply on the right, INSIDE the Sat In casing, it is near the rear wall of the unit on the right hand side of the casing. If that one fixes it - and it should if the other didn't. If neither of these fix it - e-mail me at ABeach@midsouth.rr.com and let me know what is going on.
