upgrade dtv para todos 18x24 dish

I have dtv para todos Same plus with 18x24 dish, I get 101 and 119 satellite my dish has space for another LNB can I put another LNB and I will be able to get chanel from 110 satellite my reciver has the option for three satellite." I need to point the dish to another satellite"
Can any tell how I do this.
