I have a reciver from colombia and with A card I want to know how I make this reciver work from NJ or what I need to do I want to see tv from colombia, I have oval dish dtv para todos 18*24 can I use this or I need to meve the dish.

You need a much bigger dish in the New York area
to catch Galaxy 8i. I've heard of dish of at
least 7'.
