No 199 HDNet

I Got RCA DTC100 but some how I can't get some channel on 119 satelite such as 199, 376,374, 509 HBOHD, everything else is working fine on both 101 and 119 satelite, signal is strong on 119 satelite. Anyone have same problem please share your solving will be very appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like you're on the wrong satellite (on the 119 end).

Verify that your mount is plumb & level, and all of the settings are correct.

If you search the Sat Installer's forum, there are many posts relating to this problem.
