enemy at the gates is very good, it held pretty close to the true story, (it was a true story, you know) and did a good job of presenting the atrocities and horrors of war without overdoing it, either with sensationalism or special effects.

15 minutes was very typical, and though its noit a bad film, it did not go out of its way to really tell a good story, plus, the plot was very formulaic, i guessed just about everything that happened. certainly not one of deniro's better films (especially when you have a movie like backdraft which puts him in an almost identical role)

I didn't much care for either one of them. Enemy at the Gates was at least watchable and held interest, somewhat, but it did bog down at times. There was absolutely nothing redeeming about 15 Minutes, whatsoever. It Sucked. It Sucked. It Sucked. There was a couple of pretty hot chicks in it, and that was about it.

Enemy at the gates was a killer flick! The story line took a little to long to come out though. I didn't really like all the english accents with the ruskie military though. The german sniper needed to have a bit of a german accent, to americanized for me. 3 of 5

I'm kinda late to watch "Enemy at the Gates", thought it wasn't a good movie at first, but when I found out Rachel Weisz was in it, I had to watch it.:) Both snipers were clever. 4 out of 5:cool:
