This guy is walking along a beach when he sees this other man who is just incredibly buff, but has this tiny head, he thinks this is very strange, so he walks up to the man and asks him why his head is so small, the man tells him this story. He sees a woman in the water sreamming for help, "I'm drowning!! please help!!", so the man jumps into the water and rescues her, as he drags her onto the beach he realizes to his amazment that she was a mermaid, the mermaid, gasping for air, says to the man, " you saved my life, I am forever greatful, and to show my appreciation, I'm going to grant you one wish", the man, staring at the mermaid, says, "well I would really love to make love to you, you are so beautiful" and the mermaid says, " I wish I could but as you can see I have no vagina, for I am a mermaid' and the man says, "Well how about a Little Head".
