Parental Control Problem

Just got my H card programed. Everything worked great. Took it up to another Reciever and it said that everything above "R" Rating was locked. Went to unlock and got the "You must enter a valid access Card" message. To make it worse I then took it down to the original receiver I used(Where it worked before) and the same Parental Controls are on. And of course once again I go into the controls menu and get the "You must enter a valid access Card".

So it seams I am stuck.

Any suggestions or help would be great.

you may recieve better responses in the common programming problems ..... i can tell you that your card isnt prgrammed correctly because it wont allow you to change the parental controls , i tried cloning another bin to it and it worked :) gl
