Adding picture under your username????

How do you add a picture under your username??? I've seached everywhere and cant find it. Im not talking about adding a pic in the body of message, im talking about adding a picture under your username on the left hand side of the screen.

go to user profile under edit options(bottom).

like detoxx said it's at the very bottom on the l/h side under the user profile options
