hello

I have a fre\iend who recently perchased a channel master69041fd. They have a oval dish with a plus reciver. A installation person came over and found the signal with a signal meter. he then came to a conclusion that the channel master was faulty so he had my friend go to his store the next to to exchange it. I was helping them set it up. furthermore I have a question for the inputs it has sat a and sat b both hsve a 13v and 18v section. what is the correct way to plug in the cables.

one last note I can hit the 101 and the 119 with only one cable abd the other cannot. this cable is rg59 and the one that works is rg6. do you think that this is the problem. I would switch out the rg59 for rg6 right now but its too dark!!!!

any help appreciated

ON THE LNB ONE SIDE PUTS OUT 18V AND THE OTHER PUTS OUT 13 CONNECT A WITH 18 AND B WITH 13 AND I WOULD SUGGEST CGANGING THE CABLE ALSO 2 DIFFERENT SIZE CABLES THERE WILL BE LOWER AND HIGHER VOLTAGE I HAVE INSTALLED A FEW OF THESE CHANNELMASTERS BEFORE IT ALSO ELIMINATES SERCHING FOS SAT SIGNAL
