The CRAZY way RUMORS spread in the INDUSTRY!!

Hi Everyone,

Just a note to show how ridiculous people are with RUMORS in this industry.

The ONLY person who attended all of GS 2’s trial more than myself was Mrs. GS2 and GS2 himself as well as his lawyers. So I didn’t miss a thing except for 10 minutes in the morning when I was late.

Now I hear the following RUMOR. That GS2 took the stand and RATTED a person who also stored Goods at the same warehouse. This Guy has long been known by the Nick of “Jerry Garcia”.

What is interesting is that NOT only did GS2 NOT testify (never took the stand) but the idiot from the warehouse storage company who DID testify never told the truth or acknowledged that other goods were involved in the seizure. As some IRD’s (around 21 units) DID belong to someone else, it would have been better for Mr. F from there to just say so. He did not have to identify the owner, nor did anyone give a ----.

Because of Mr. F’s denials (which he was lying and knew otherwise) GS2’s lawyer (also Italian who KNEW he was lying) asked him the following “ Were some of these units not Jerry’s”?

So the first name only was asked, not more. Still Mr. F, the idiot, said he didn’t know.

Anyway the point is that now I have heard from several sources in Toronto associated with “N the Greek” That GS2 testified and RATTED OUT “Jerry Garcia”. I laughed my head off because GS2 never got to testify (It wasn’t necessary and is always better if it can be reasonably avoided) but Jerry Garcias” full NAME never came out either.

The problem is that GS2 will hear this and be terribly upset. I don’t want to be the one to tell him because I know that behind the scenes, GS2 did everything possible to PROTECT “Gerry Garcia” who also happens to be a friend of his. So imagine how hurt or insulted he will be when he hears that in spite of all his efforts to shield and protect “Gerry Garcia” and GS2’s personal HATE and DISTASTE for a RAT, word is going around falsely that he ratted someone out.

Sorry If you hear this here for the first time GS2 but you are bound to hear it. Rumors, even false ones, have a habit of spreading fast in this industry and some people are too DUMB to do any verifying to see if there is any truth to it before spreading it like BUTTER. Sometimes it can be hurtful when you go out of your way to protect a friend and THIS is the thanks you get.

So if YOU (anyone out there, reading this) hear this stupid FALSE rumor, please put the KYBOSH to it. It is not true (the exact opposite is) and tell these rumormongers to GROW UP and not spread stupidity that is hurtful, for nothing. And you can refer them to me as I was there during Mr. F’s testimony and know EXACTLY what happened. Besides one of GS2’s lawyers is also my WIFES lawyer and he KNOWS that “Jerry Garcia’s” name NEVER came up by ANYONE.

Really DUMB but hurtful.

GS2 I hope this will cut the foolishness down and that you don’t get too upset by this. Nothing you can do to stop IDIOTS who propagate these stupid lies. Its not vicious GS2, Just plain stupidity :)

Ya got the phone call this morning.. actually there was a message at my office from yesterday..

Its pretty sad when you go out of your way to protect a personal friend and then have this happen..

I talk to one of my lawyers today and he wanted to know why I made such an effort to help a friend which resulted in this.. why did I do it.. I couldn't find an answer..

I was willing to say they were my goods.. lawyers said I couldn't.. I explain everything to my friend.. gave him options that my lawyers suggested.. I even offered that my friend could talk to my lawyers directly if he wanted..

He never came to my trial.. guess he was scared.. ok.. can understand.. but why did he get his information from someone who didn't know anything.. wasn't there..
or got it from the liaring warehouse manager..

All he had to do was call me.. apparently he spoke to an employee of mine who is also a personal friend of his and my employee said his name was not mentioned.. not even his first name..

At this point I am not sure if a first name was mentioned or not but thats as far as it got if it did..

The funny thing is we told the liaring warehouse manager next time he says something can he make sure that he clarifies that only possibilly a first name was mention.. guess what he says.. ok.. also asked him how is amnesia was doing..opps he said to f*** off..

The 21 boxes were dishes only.. no LNB's or receivers..if I get them back they will be return to the rightful owner..
