Moderation

I PM'd RiseStar a few days ago and volunteered to help Moderate the General and the General Satellite Forums. I haven't gotten a response yet, and doubt he will want my help. I haven't always agreed with everything he has done and haven't been afraid to say so...

But...we need more moderation here. Muggles is semi retired and the other mods are too busy above here keeping sanity in the HU and newby forums. Since the demise of Cereberus we have been adrift, and could use another appointee.

Those of you who want the job, please volunteer and let RiseStar know. With the reappearance of some ghosts from the past and an anonymous troublemaker of the present, there is too much potential for fireworks and conflict. Help save these forums and step up to the plate.

For some reason MOD status is a fatal blow...There are many names to be submitted...From Al to Zcubed...all worthy candidates.

Nah Quad, it isn't just this forum, it is the whole site......

As some of you know, I have a big mouth and tend to post alot in many of the forums here, as well as read the rest of them.......
There are many things being missed in alot of forums, not to do with lack of concern or effort on the present Site Admins, just pure numbers and time.........

I beleive the whole site need more attension in the way a few more Site Admins............

I tend to agree TDonn and personally, I feel that you are the most qualified to help Risestar out and keep this the best dss website out there. I think it is time to put my letter writing skills to use and put a bug in RiseStars ear.....:cool:

Well there are quite a few that are worthy of the position,TDonn,Cellular, just to mention a few.But that decision is left up to The rest of the Administrators and Risestar. Personally, WHO would want the position after what happened with cerberus? Any way that issue is dead and gone(I Hope)and may the best man get the job if it becomes available. I know that TDonn has contributed quite a lot with all the newbies,also another one that comes to mind is Falcon.

this thread has provoked me to end my self-imposed silence. i too have volunteered to help watch over the goings on around here. i may not have the technical abilities that most of you have, but i have been around long enough to know where the trouble is, an i do sit here and "readreadread" every single day. the whole cerb/park/sizzle/freetv situation would have been avoided , if someone who was here EVERY SINGLE DAY would have stomped on the maggot that was the problem. i read, not just here , but the whole den. i see people who decide, that with their first or second post, that they feel like they need to call out clipgrp, and question him on his technical abilities. if i had 1/10000th of clips abilities, i'm sure i would be watching more than headline news right now. yes, freeware is dead, but with a few more eyes watching this place, i'll betcha that the great minds (ram,clip,arrow,aol,rise,data,poti(,forgive me those of you that i omitted) that are still here , would be more willing to help out those of us who want to learn, if every two seconds somebody wasn't talking sh!t. i volunteered in private to moedaddy, and now i'll volunteer in front of the whole world.... i'll be watching for a reply....cook me muggles, i'm asbestos

I was insinuating, I was to be the next Roasted at the B.B.Q.

I personally do not have the time, to sit here and baby sit the playground. Priorities, in my life have changed in the past few weeks, both private, and family.

People are screaming that I have not been around as much lately.

A sad state of affairs, when people can not control themselves, I guess that is why we have prisions. Maybe, we need to be more like foreign countries, and start cutting off fingers, hands and arms.

Maybe this chat site is on the way as freeware....... Free Tv-er's are killing it all off.............

muggles my man, if in fact you were cooked, so would be this forum. this place WAS self-policing ,not anymore. the playground doesn't need policing, but the whole schoolyard does. the freetv types who actually find their way down here, just dont grasp the concept of the park. we cant tell them to go away....its like rise telling people not to use mask, they just dont listen. you have a family, and family is first. but if you are here, you cant be everywhere at once, i'm volunteering to help. hell , even andy had barney........ oh yeah, p.s. muggles, feel free to check my references with "mr.falco":)
