Yesterday I bought the best Steak(I could find) at the meat Market,I cooked it perfectly well (RARE) that's the way I like my steaks. Anyway I hate it and it had a piece of that grissle in it and a filling came out of my tooth.I went to the Dentist today and to make a long story short(I NOW NEED A CROWN)because of that Steak. The Cost is 650.00bucks,the Dentist said I should sue the Meat Market,I called an Attorney and I have an appointment Tommorow.I think I can Win the case but I need a Witness,So again to make it short,I got one of these GUYS at side of the road his name is(William Workfor)He will be my witness.
Can I get any LEGAL HELP off anyone here??

Something similar happened to a friend of mine, his waterloo was a burrito, one of the microwave kind they sell in the grocery store. Anyhow, he contacted the company and spoke to their legal department, they couldn't believe that all he wanted was for them to pay the cost of the dental work. Anyhow he sent them a copy of his dentist bill and they reimbursed him 100% for the dentist right away. Of course if you want pain and suffering and lost time for work compensation etc, get a lawyer that works on contingency to look over the facts. Witness did you say? Wasn't I over there eating steaks with you when it happened? :D

Better yet, you can just guillotine off your feet live on the web like that other guy's gonna do. He's hoping to raise $280,000 by doing it. Maybe, he'll cut you in on a piece.

I can see that nobody is giving me any serious advise, beside I feel better this Morning. Super glue works good if you ever loose a TOE NAIL.

vic,
If you wanted serious advice you should have come straight to the tooth person herself..But you didnt and I am deeply hurt. This was a perfect topic for me but for some reason you shunned me and disregarded any information I might be able to contribute. If you want adivce from me you are going to have to make up for it :)

Billy,
You are good! How did you know? Yes next month I need to apply for the Angel29 name unfortunately.
Vic,
I am going to take the view of the steak company since you are going to get advice from an attorney. One thing the steak company could argue is that you have poor oral health. How are your teeth? Do you keep up with your regular cleanings? Do you maintain good oral habits? If your dentist has advised a crown in the past, did you do it? Was the tooth at risk due to a large filling or one that needed replaced? Was the tooth decayed to begin with? Do you have recent xrays or an exam done by the dentist prior to your accident to prove the tooth was in perfect condition prior to your supper? Is the tooth peridontally stable? Meaning, is there gum disease present in this area? All of these are questions you have to ask yourself. They will try to prove you could have broken your tooth on a piece of bread because your tooth was badly decayed, needed its filling replaced, needed a crown for stability prior to this, or had bone loss surrounding the tooth. What you need to do is provide documentation that you were in perfect oral health prior to this. Does this make sense? Hope it helps. But this doesnt mean you are forgiven!
