Should I be worried?

I read on the den that the shanty.com was raieded and I've also noticed that some of the vendors I bought from are out of business or are voluntarily closing their doors. What I'm afraid of is them getting busted and turning over customer list to DTV & whoever the hell else would like a copy. Am I being paranoid or is there a real danger here? Thanks.
