The way I understand it, the search warrant didn't mention anything about illegal sat equipment. If that's the case, then it'll be thrown out of court.

I'm no lawyer (yet), but wouldn't there be an exception if the illegal sat equipment was in plain view.

I think OJ was busted in the Channel Master raid too. Poor man:)
