Default local channels for RV owners

BROADCAST NETWORKS FOR YOUR RV OR COMMERCIAL TRUCK

If you are the owner of a Recreational Vehicle (RV) or a commercial truck driver, you can receive Broadcast Network Programming, including ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS and FOX. If you qualify, you can receive up to two network packages (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) from your choice of 5 cities, Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, plus the national PBS channel.

In order to receive these packages, you must meet certain criteria set forth by law and submit a signed Declaration Form and other necessary documents to DISH Network. You can obtain a copy of the Declaration Form and instructions by calling 1-800-333-DISH (3474). The Declaration Form outlines the requirements you must meet in order to qualify for network programming.

In addition to the completed and signed Declaration Form, you will need to submit the following documents:

* RV Owners (1 Item):
1. A copy of your current state vehicle registration
* Commercial Truck Drivers (2 Items):
1. A copy of your current state vehicle registration
2. A copy of your valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to process your request.

Default Re: local channels for RV owners

Uhhhh, wrong! Dish network is not allowed to transmit distant network signals to ANYONE anymore, since Dec. 2006.

However, Dish has leased space on their satelite to a 3rd party, allamericandirect.com from which RV'rs and others can purchase non local channel programming from Atlanta and San Francisco. Goto their website for qualification. No dishnetwork subscription required, only dishnet equip. needed.
